Modyfi

At Modyfi,  I was tasked to create a wide range of creative deliverables that would enhance user retention, online communities, and encourage the advocacy to use the Modyfi program over products like Adobe Creative Suite. This meant that I had to truly master the platform in a short time span as well as create designs for Modyfi’s Youtube Channel, Instagram, and official website.

YouTube Thumbnails

One of the first goals we wanted to achieve was to solidify the visual identity of Modyfi’s Youtube Channel. This included the designs of the Youtube thumbnails, Youtube Banner, and overall channel image.

Each thumbnail that shows a specific effect of the Modyfi program would have the “modifier” tag on the thumbnail to categorize the thumbnails of the channel.

Youtube Banner

For the Youtube banner, there were many iterations that were experimented before landing with a final design. But, we had a good understanding of what kind of visual style we were looking for for the banner.

Eventually we decided to land on an isometric design of the YT banner that both visually communicated the community of Modyfi, and reorganized each design.

Social Media Posts

For our Instagram posts, we wanted to make sure that we had a balance of interesting designs that catch the user’s eye, but also practical designs that social teams across various brands would be keen to use.

At first, we created some concept posters that would show professional graphic designers how powerful the tool is. These designs were mainly event posters, promotional posters, editorial design, etc.

However, we soon switched gears to creating designs that social teams for brands would love to create.

This included but not limited to mostly product shots inspired by Nike, Chupa Chups, and Gentle Monster.

Website Content

Modyfi’s website required a couple of modifier preset banners for upcoming and already released modifiers. In order for new users to know what sort of effects are provided in the platform, the showcasing of these banners were necessary.
